Please note that rates outlined below relate to 2026/27 Academic year. They include a utilities payment of €800.00 due with 1st instalment and is non-refundable.
Per person rates per year.

PAYMENT TERMS
All students
The First instalment is due by 5.00 pm on the 17th July 2026.
The second instalment is due by 5pm, 1st January 2027
Deposits:
Booking deposit/security deposit – €350.00 (refundable deposit)
Conditions on Deposits
Booking/Security deposit is refundable once the apartment has been checked and been found in conditions as stated in the lease agreement. Please see our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
All Students – Cancellation of booking by 5.00 pm on 10th July 2026; €250 of the booking deposit is refundable. Cancellation after 5.00 pm 10th July 2026; we regret no refund is available.
Cancellation of your booking must be emailed to: [email protected] by 5.00 pm on the specified date.
Current Residents – Current residents will be given the opportunity to re-book before bookings open.
Early application is advisable to avoid disappointment.
