PAYMENT TERMS

First Year Students

1/3 payable on 30th August 2012
1/3payable on 19th Novemeber 2012
1/3 payable on 18th February 2013

All other students

1/3 payable on 6th August 2012
1/3payable on 19th November 2012
1/3 payable on 15th February 2013

Refundable deposits:

Booking deposit/security deposit - €250.00.
Energy deposit –(electricity/gas) €400.00.
(unused deposit, if any, returned at the end of the academic year)

Conditions on Deposits
Booking/Security deposit is refundable once the apartment has been checked and been found in conditions as stated in the lease agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

First Year Students - In the event of cancellation on or before the 27th August 2012, €200 of the booking deposit is refundable. There will be no booking deposit refund for cancellation after 27th August 2012.

All Other Students – In the event of cancellation on or before the 31th July 2012, €200 of the booking deposit is refundable. There will be no booking deposit refund for cancellation after this date. 

Current Residents - Current residents will be given will be advised by letter of their opportunity to rebook for the following year, 2 weeks prior to bookings becoming open to the general public.
